How HIS Awards Process and Steps.
The aim of the HIS (Hospitality International Standards) Hospitality Awards is to honour hospitality business and true professionals in the hospitality industry who are dedicated to their profession, who are outstanding and always prepared to strive to achieve excellence and whose attitude and contribution to their profession has inspired public confidence in the hospitality Industry.
- The HIS Hospitality Awards are carried out in three rounds in each region. First, International nominations are opened. The shortlist from these nominations is influenced by the Hospitality Experts, the Country Partners and the Regional Affiliates. Regional finalists are announced in each country. After that, the nomination and voting opens as part of the selection process of the regional winners which are selected by regional jury members.
- The jury member will assess his / her hospitality industry knowledge and expertise to evaluate each finalist that belongs to the category/categories. The jury member will finalize all the category definitions and criteria to understand the framework of the rating process.
- The jury member will evaluate the finalists individually, based on the category definition and criteria provided by the HIS Regional Affiliates and Partners.
